The Picky Corn..........

.........Thanks to all that gave me suggestions alittle while back about the little corn snake at my store not eating. He is now eating, but unfortunately, only live pinkies. He flat out REFUSES anything but. Now my next question (sorry) is how can I wean him off live and into F/T?......I figured maybe alternating between the two, but he just won't eat them AT ALL........blah, I always have the ones with attitude...........:rolleyes:

Don't rush it. You have time to play around with switching him once he's more established. Get a good bunch of meals in him and then try.

I'll have a page up on the subject of switching snakes from live to f/t on my FAQ page when it's done. It should be in a couple weeks and I'll post it then. :)

Thank you so much. I would appreciate that......being able to read about that topic specifically. It seems so extreme.........this little man, 4 mths old, held out for a full month until I finally caved and gave him live out of pure desperation............:rolleyes:
