Hey guys,
Went over to my dad's house for dinner last sunday and was procured by my sister to rid her well-house of a long blue / black snake. I figured it to be a racer,but it was no where to be found. However, I leaned down to look behind the pump and found my self face to face with a little 12" garter sitting there on a shelf. I am not sure who scared who the worst. I picked the little guy up and had a look-see at him. He appeared to be healthy and happy, so I let him on his way. All those hours last summer trapsing throught the woods and not even one snake. Sometimes, you just have to look right outside the back door.
