I haven't been bit (fortunatly), but my supplier in Malaysia just got nailed by one of his cb male Wagler's Temple Vipers (Tropidolaemus wagleri). Not much happened, it hurt and swelled up for a few hours. I don't know how many people will talk about being bit. It's not something to be proud of.

A friend of mine was bitten by a southern copperhead,it was not fun by any means ,swelled up fairly fast, and very painful from what he said
Since then he has sold all of his venomous...

One of the main goals of a good hot keeper is to never get bit....... I spend alot of cash on safty tools...... It is well worth it...... But ofcorse as a hot keeper you need to expect the worst to happen and to be fully prepared when it does........ Your own supply of AV and a bite protocol is a must...... Cant forget to have detailed instructions on how to administer the AV for the doctors and other staff........

never been bitten...

Hope I never get bitten too :)

Dangerous, expensive, and painfull...

That, and my needle phobia make me the most cautious man on earth when ik comes to having hots around the house :D
