Hey, come on now, the people here aren't that bad!! :D
They're just a bit too large for Cain's mouth! ;)
Rodentpro has rats from pinkie to colossal, something in that range WILL fit in your snakes mouth. Assuming you're talking about a ball (since this is the bp forum), they'll come right outta the egg eating pups. From the pics in your gallery, Cain looks like he'd be eating something in and around 100g'ers.

Oh, he's eating 100g'ers alright....well, if he was eating. My problem is that everyone local is out of stock and I'm leaving town for 2 weeks and don't know if I'll get a shipment from rodentpro.com before I have to leave.
Now, if only I could get my father past his fear of feeding him for me, I wouldn't be so petrified of leaving him in charge!
Any hints?

Make your dad touch the snake. hold it so the head is the farthest away from him, and tell him to touch the tail. while he does this explain the snake, temper etc. If you do this alot he may become more relaxed around the snake, and may take a liking to him. LITTLE STEPS remember your dealing with a persons mind, and years of 'snakes are bad' mentality
If your BP isn't eating now anyway, he'll be fine to go for two weeks without eating while you're away. If you ordered before you go, would your Dad at least put the rats in the freezer for you and you can try feeding when you get back?

Well, I know this might sound bad, but I skipped last week's attempt at feeding because I was out of the country again (and didn't have time to get Dad ready). It's been a month since his last feeding, but it's getting warmer here in Houston, and I really think he's ready...
I actually think I may have found a place somewhat local that has them (and I found out the reason my normal place is out of stock is because their inventory control person dropped the ball and hasn't been keeping track of their stock!!)
Anyway....I'll get dad ready soon enough.....then he'll probably end up getting his own!!
:D :D :D

The lack of rats is indirectly from the mad cow problem-people just need a substitute for beef and the cheap alternative is rats-better start stockpiling!

There's the mouse factory in Alpine, Texas. I have heard from some of our US customers that they offer great pricing and service.
They are apparantly moving to a larger facility so I would call them rather than emailing

I forgot, there is also big cheese rodents in Texas. They are the ones moving facilities, not the mouse factory.
Either way, I have heard good things from both places

why would you:
by a mating pair only to kill them then throw them away?
freeze the pinks when it could be eating atleast weanlings?
If he needs/ed a constant supply wouldn't he just want to keep the mating pair?
