Hey everyone. I wanna get a thread with everyones geckos pics!

Since I finally found out how freaking awesome geckos are....I am thinking about owning and breeding...Cresties, Pictus, Tokays, & of course Leos!

Thanks! My albino looked very similar. I got my high yellow when she was a bit older than yours though, I could see a little orange in her tail. She was pretty fat too, which was why I picked her. I think that it's a toss up for colour as they get older. They are very cute though. So tiny. Good luck with them.

sean e where did you get your oderua castelonti i have been looking for them evry where i have oderua monoliss and anothe type of velvet gecko i cant rember the exact name at the moment

I hope you can find some Northern velvets. I wanted to breed mine this year but Im not completely satisfied with their size/weight. Maybe next year...

I bought my sub-adult pair from Neil Meister. He deals with rarer geckos, awell as common ones, and is a well known breeder (not only in Canada). He is located in one of the maritime provinces, Nova Scotia I believe, but comes to the reptile expo in Missisauga a few times a year. He often posts what he has available on the "other" site (in the Canadian and American classifieds). He's a great guy to deal with.

They are really cool geckos, yet another Australian species that is attractive, easy to keep, and not too popular in Canada. LOL
The albino specimens are nice too (and Im not that much of an albino person!) Anyways, thanks for the compliments!

This is a pic of a male scorpion gecko (Pristurus carteri). I don't think there are many breeders of these in Canada; I only know of one. They have a really cool spikey tail.
