just got adobe elements trying to figure it out so I figured id make a banner for the hell of making a banner so what do you think for a first shot at it?

Not bad, my constructive critisism....

when I look at it, all I see is the bright green text.
Everything else seems like an after thought kinda.

I like the background, but think the animals need to contrast it a bit more.

Yup, not bad, though a some what different colour background would make the animals stand out, barely see the gecko and the snake.
