Born in this city, lived here my whole life, and though I may consider moving, you have no idea how sweet it is to look out your window and see the Rocky Mountains right on your doorstep. Some Cowgarians take it for granted... I do not. :)

Thunder Bay Ontario.... its pretty boring but a good place to get drunk
Leafs made some deadly trades cant wait for tomorrows game
Ottawa. Best city in the world as far as I'm concerned... low crime rates, big city, market, canal etc etc. Oh and you can't forget the senators... Oh my god they're gonna kill come playoff time. Just think-
starting line--Hossa, Alfredsson, Bondra, Chara, redden.
second line--Havlat, Smolinski, fischer, de Vries, Pothier
third line-Bonk, White, Varada(if he comes back), Volchenkov(if he comes back) and Simpson
fourth line-Neil, Vermette, Spezza
Now you gotta admit that's a pretty smokin' lineup!!!

LOL, you left out Lalime, i can't say i blame you.. Maybe they'll play Prusek in the playoffs.. HAHAHAHA Oh, and Spezza is HARDLY a fourth line Center.. I would argue that he's Ottawa's best player.. If Ottawa was smart, they would have Traded Lalime to Carolina for Irbe and a haircut for Alfredsson

I think that hit the nail right on the head. I also have to say Toronto's lineup isnt exactly full of slouches. And lets face it....Belfour is a god !!!
Belfour with NO back makes me happier then Lalime.. Let's not forget, the year Eddie won the cup with Dallas, he had to miss a few games down the stretch cause of his back..

I'm originally from Winnipeg but now living in Arizona. Is there such a thing as the Winnipeg Blue Bombers? I was moved to the U.S. when I was only 4. This name is still stuck in my head. What is it? Seriously.

Thanks for that info. I must have heard my brothers mention them at some point. Not being a sports fanatic I guess it just never clicked. One more guestion. The Calgary stampede and stagecoach racing. Remember, I was only 4 when I was brought here but I swear I can remember watching a stagecoach race when we went to Calgary. Was I dreaming this or what? I know this is a little off topic but this is really bugging me.

Don't you mean, Alexi Shoulderlev?? How's that doing anyway??? Between Kovalev's Shoulder and Theodore worrying about loan sharks coming after his dad, they'll be great in the playoffs :P

The injury to his shoulder was minor but he missed a few extra matches to be at 100% when he came back. He is such an amazing player!! He needs to acomodate with Ribeiro and Ryder but they'll be fine for the playoffs. Theodore is playing his best hockey so i'm not worried about him :). It's gonna be a good match tomorrow :D. I hope they will play the leafs in the playoffs :P.
Snowsnake: He is a great player, i will give him that.. But so was the entire Rangers team this year and now look at them.. Montreal has a good team this year, it will be interesting, im just happy to see so many Canadian teams making the playoffs, aside from Edmonton ofcourse..
