red eyed tree frog, HELP!

i resently adopted a red eye tree frog and the previos owner did not take very good care of it. It has little white bumbs on its back,I have read a little on red eyes and their diseases and i know they can get a disease that appeares as white dots, but i also have read they can have natural white pigment spots on their back. How can i tell the difference and if it is a disease what steps should i take>?

first off are the white spots bumbs that are rising from the skin or are they just spots?

they bump out, not very much, but yes they do, i have had him for 4 days and their has been no change he also seems to have a good apetite

White bumps are normal, nothing to worry about. Some red eyes have more, some less, some none.
No need to worry, especially if his appetite and weight are good.

make sure the crickets have good nbutrional value, and have fresh water, it'll do fine :)

I used to breed Red-eyes for MORE white spots! The ones that were heavily spotted (calico-looking) were WAY more desired. Same with the Whites Tree frogs, although I never got eggs from those damn things.
