Hi, I have had a few posts up recently getting information and advice about my rescued Sav, he was suffering from Countless problems, I spent ALOT of time and money trying too give the poor old guy a chance, he had lived a long life before falling into the hands of his previous owner, and everything seemed too be going well seemed too be making what the vet described and a miraculous come back, then the night before last I noticed he was having difficulties breathing, nothing bad just slightly, last night when I headed too my room too check on him, it was around 11, he seemed too be having allot of trouble breathing, by 12 had I raised his cage temps, too try and make him as comfortable as possible and sat there rubbing his neck, ( which the old guy LOVED) until about 2 am, when he fell asleep, he didn’t wake back up., Just wanted too thank everybody who helped out with advice, it all made his last 2 weeks much more pleasant,
Thanks
Devon

:( :( :( :(That was so touching. You did all you could. The world would be a much better place if there were more people like you. :( :( :( :(
You did all that you could, and should be greatly commended for that. Not many people would go out of their way mentally and financially to try and save an animal in any condition nonetheless the condition your guy was in. There should be more people like you in this industry. all the best to you.
You almost had me in tears. I hope other aspects of the hobby are going your way.
sorry to hear about that, but i bet he was very happy with you. i agree, more people like you would do wonders
So sorry to hear he didn't make it.........:(

Sorry to hear that man, I know how you feel I have taken in some rescues and put alot of money into them and had them die anyways. But to give them a fighting chance is well worth it.
Sorry again
