what can i use to keep a hundred or so crickets in?

I use a large opaque rubbermaid with paper towels as substrate and some cardboard egg crates for them to hide. Pretty simple but it works well as the crix have been lasting a long time for me.

What about 1000 crix, im getting them tomorrow...i was thinking to use a large (storage ones) and doing the same thing as you did...egg crate all that

dont mean to steal ur post, but since ur on the topic how much should they be eating? How much should be offered and how do you offer water?

i feed crickets almost daily, i give them vegies and they get moisture from them rather than giving them water cause they just drown in it any ways. definelty give 1000 crickets a nice pile of vegies, like a pile that will fit in your palm becasue if they run out of food to eat they'll start eating each other.
