What do you do to the enclosure you're putting your pairs in? Take out the water dish and hides? Anything at all? Male in the female's or vice versa? Just curious. :)

Tim, I don't do anything to the cages. No need to do anything. Maybe I misunderstood your question?
Males go into the female's enclosure. Always. Not good to move around females, they are the only ones eating, and what if one was gravid, you missed it, and you handled her and killed all the embryos? I always cycle the males through the female's cages. Every snake I own, not just Rainbows.
