Don't cross the sub-species.
just curious as to why that is?

I say dont cross them. There are enough crosses allready, and once the lines are crossed, they can never be fully set back, there will allways be part bci in the bcc and part bcc in the bci and you will never be able to make the difference "pure" again

I agree. Because of all of the Mutts out there, it's impossible to tell if you're dealing with a pure bloodline. BCC x BCI crosses are actually worth LESS than just a regular BCI. Worse yet, you'll have people going around telling people about their BCC.... they'll conveniently forget the hybrid part. If you're going to breed, keep the localities and in this case, Sub-Species pure. Don't devalue the snakes and pollute the bloodlines any more than they already have been.
