tennessee's herp laws

Im planing on takeing a herp trip to Tennessee this summer and i was wondering if anyone had some info on there herping laws. Thanks for the info.

i live in tennessee and im not exactly sure on the herping laws though. i just started doing it myself last summer.
all i know really is you can look, but youre not supposed to touch. you can take pictures and everything, but you cant take anything out of the state parks. but ive ran into park rangers and what not while i was out herping and all they said to me was to just be careful and to not do it alone incase we accidentally step in front of something poisoness. if you let them know that your experienced with herps and that youre just there to look and study, they dont really pay much attention to you. they just want you to be safe about it.
