Anyone know any good sites/books that could give a good breakdown of all the rosy species and localities? There seems to be so many.
Thanks!

There is yet to be even a consensus on what species rosies are. Although generally considered "Lichanura" some now think it more appropriate to include Rosies in the Charina group(The rubber boas) .
We don't even talk about subspecies anymore.
David Spiteri's recent work has only added to years of uncertainty. As well as adding some new names, he reassigned some of the older ones, to completely different geographic populations, and that has really confused the issue.
The best we currently have is geographic regions and specific locales within those regions.
For example, the basic Regions are:
California Desert Rosies
Arizona Desert Rosies
Coastal Rosies
Mexican mainland rosies(which extends into southern Arizona)
Mid Baja rosies(Mexico)
South Baja rosies
Each of these regions, has numerous locales, and keep in mind that locales are still being discovered. There are also a few ranges that overlap and contain what are probably intergrades. One such area is whitewater canyon
There are lots of rosies out there that still haven't yet been seen. There has long been speculation that rosies exist in the Southern tip of Nevada, but it's yet to be proven
There is no current website that even lists all known locales, let alone have pictures... Hopefully some day
In the meantime check out

You can also look up Ric Blairs site on queensnake. He has photos of several locales
as does Jason Vankirk of Rosies, Racks & more
Here's a site off of rosyboa.com in case you don't go to that part of the site, that has a lot of pics ;)
