How often are you misting her? It's hard to tell for sure from your pictures, but it looks like a mesh enclosure (is it a reptarium?). It is extremely difficult to keep the humidity up in enclosures like this unless you live in a humid area or you mist the cage every couple of hours, usually with the use of an automated misting system. Low humidity can be a big factor in dehydration. There also didn't seem to be water droplets on any of the leaves or anything. Have you seen her drinking from the fountain? How long have you had her? Is this problem recent? Has her eating slowed down? As long as all the basic care requirements are met, you should be ok. If everything was in check, than you may have a more serious problem on your hands and I would recommend a vet visit. Hope this helps. Keep us informed.

also, to help it get rehydrated, you can put it on a plant and put it in your shower. let the water hit the plant, but only on about have of it. this way he can eitehr go and get wet or stay on the dry half. make sure the water is warm, but not too warm. keep the door closed and leave him in there for awhile. the room will get very humid, and hopefully rehyrdate him. also, he will hopefully drink some of the water that is going onto the plant.
i hope he gets better, good luck.

ect = electro convulsive therapy? lol. Just kidding.
If you are going to put her in the shower, put the spray on medium pressure and aim the shower at the wall, so she gets the splashes. Make the water semi-warm.
Sometimes I put some water in the sink and then put the cham in there and spray them like crazy. They hate it, but like it or not, some water gets in their mouth.
