Awesome!!!! Good luck with the hatching. I have a 1.2 group, and will be looking to get another 1.2 group that is unrelated to mine this year, so of course, keep us all posted. :)
I have 2 Mack's and love them both dearly. I really believe that they are the best pet snakes. Congrads.
Here is a pic of my best buddy playing on the hanger rod & hangers.

That is a gorgeous Macklott, Lasher!! You don't usually see them that light.
If you believe they make the best pet snakes, you must be one of the lucky ones who has completely tame specimens. :) Of my 3, 2 of them are calm, the male moreso than the female. But the other female is an absolute terror. :D

Good job and good luck! Anybody got a bite pic from them? Would it be sort of like a king snake or rat snake bite(i ask these two cause they have many small teeth and i have a bright scar from 5-6 mts ago from a king, lol) but from a much bigger snake?

I just bought my first macklott's about 2 months ago. I have been going to the same pet store for years now to buy snake food for my other snakes, When about 8 months ago the lady at the pet store got in a macklotts python, She was a mean little snake. I wanted to get her when i first saw her but could not afford it at the time. The snake was still there after 6 months because she was so mean nobody wanted to pay $130.00 for an evil snake. No one else would buy her, So the lady at the petstore sold the snake to me for $40.00. It took about 1 month working with her to get her tamed, Only bit me once :) I'm glad that i got her, Macklotts are alot different then what i'm used to dealing with,But i think that they are a great snake. Once they get tammed down though that is :)

Thanks for all of the kind words and encouragement everyone! O have been bit by that exact female only once (feeding response accident) and it is something I would never wish on anyone else. Numb muscles in the area of the bite lasted 4 months!

Yikes! One of our females is a PSYCHO! I've seen how hard she's hit the hook...I wouldn't wish a bite from her on anyone (and she's still a baby!)
Best of luck with those eggs!

Wouldn't be like an Elaphe or Lampropeltis bite... boids have larger teeth, and most have a lot more muscle behind the bite as well.
Gorgeous !Best of luck Mike.
