Why is it that I can't see some pics? Don Patterson just posted apic,and all I see is a red dot?

Can anyone help?

Try right clicking on the red dot and click on "properties", then copy and past the url into the address line in your browser. It will take you to the picture, then when you click on the back button in your browser you will go back to the thread and the photo should be displayed.
