PCPC email responses????

anyone else have probs getting email responses from PCPC?
I've emailed twice about the heattape with no responses :(

Grant is a busy man, especially with the expo around the corner. Your best bet is to give him a call at the store, 905.274.8018.

I have never personally had problems. There are employees of PCPC who are also members of this site, and have Port Credit email addresses. You could one of them as well.

Definitely phone. I've also had problems with email responses from there, but in all fairness, as mentioned, they are busy.

Thanks :) Grant's a sweetie, no complaints there. Just had to ask though :) Next time I will try phoning instead :) One never knows what can get lost in cyberspace.
