Check out what followed me home from Jeff's house last weekend... I never thought it would happen, but I'm now the proud herp mom of my first colubrid! LOL... And not only did I come home with ONE... I came home with TWO :p I just couldn't resist these two little beauties! They're definitely going to take some getting used to though... lol... goddamn but they're fast!! :p I have new respect for people who's posted pics of these things... lol.. can't count how many blurry/no-snake-left pics I ended up with. Hehe... Maybe I'll get the hang of it eventually ;) And they only almost got away a couple of times so far.. lol... chased one around my kitchen counter for a few minutes :p That was fun...

Anyways, here they are!! :D 1.0.1 Tangerine Hondurans... 100% het spotted, 50% het hypo!

First, here's the male... Merrick :) Can't seem to make up his mind whether to be a spaz or a sweetheart... lol... he's the one I chased around the kitchen... and then I fell in love a few minutes later when he wrapped himself around my finger and stayed there for 5 minutes. LOL...

Handle those hondos frequently and they will calm down, nothing more impressive then a 5-6 foot honduran.

Marc, I'm using a Sony Cybershot (DSC-50) :) It's about 4 years old now (they don't even make that model anymore actually), but it was top of the line when I got it, and it still does the job :) Takes good macro shots, which was my primary concern when I was looking for a camera... next time I think I'll likely go with a Canon though, I've liked what I've seen/heard about them :)
