Sorry, no swallowing pics. The digital ran out of battery. :(
And yes, this is the underweight little girl i've been asking questions about. Seems that live was the way to go to get her feeding again.

Glad to see that! Good luck :) She may even be able to take 2 mice.
Horray for live food. Glad to see her eating.

Actually, this IS the second one. I fed the first one to her 2 days before this one, and she was still hungry! :D

No, I mean in one feeding. Give her the first one, let her completely swallow, then put another one in there and I bet she'll eat it too :)
It would be much better to give her one big meal than 2 smaller ones 2 days apart. Their digestive systems will handle it better that way. I would leave at least 5 days between meals, and as she gets older, make it about a week between meals.

I realize that, but this bp as very underweight, and these were her first meals after her 2 1/2 month fast. Also, these are the biggest live mice I could find. The switch to rats will be when she fattens up a bit, but for now, whatever she wants to eat, she gets. Thanks for the reply.
I understand. I guess what I meant by one big meal is to offer both mice in the same meal - I wasn't necessarily suggesting you should have offered a rat.

Thats what I plan on for this weekend. I'll see if she'll take both at in the same feeding.

Glad to see that she is doing good, daver. Hope that you can manage to fill her out a little more.
