Cuviers dwarf caiman reaches adult sizes of about 5 feet.

The smallest CROC would be the dwarf crocodile (Osteolamus) with the record adult size of 6.3'. The smallest crocodilian species is the dwarf caiman. Chinese alligators also range in the 4-6' range so generally, they are all 3 tied with the title..
