She's still not feeding on her own, but I have her up to 3 pinky mice a week-all I have to do is stick the pinky in her mouth and she'll swallow it on her own.

She's been alot of work, but she's survived since she was born in July of 2003, so I figure if she's doing ok this long then she just might make it. :)

She doesn't look ANYTHING like my other sonorans. Its so weird!

Whoa, that is an awesome looking boa. Good luck, hopefully she'll start feeding normally soon.

Thanks! I honestly thought that for the past several months, I'd wake up one day and find her dead. Nope, she hung in there, so I figured she is a survivor-albeit a strange looking one.

Any chance that's genetic? It's really awsome, perhaps selective breeding?

Nope, she is not for sale... especially since I don't sell nonfeeders.

I'm not sure if its genetic, or a temp-caused thing. She was one of two in the bunch-the other was stillborn. If she does get large enough to breed, I'll try breeding her back to the father to see what happens. Right now, she's still really tiny (only maybe a foot long!)
