how often should i put in my calcium sups on my crix..or basically how many times a week should i dust em'?

I do it daily for juviniles for about 6 months, then beyond that 2-3 times a week max. Lots of people dust ALL insects every feeding for the duration of the animals life, Doesnt seem to healthy to me though.. Good question.
