lol! this may sound dumb but whenever i keep crickets (even the baby ones) they die! i always keep them in very clean conditions,
but they die anyway. my only thought on how they would die is becuase of the supplier? :confused:

I had that problem too the first time I tried to breed crickets. I later found out that they die if exposed to too much moisture, like spraying the cage with water, or having drips of water on the cage bottom or food. If this isn't your problem, mabye they are kept too hot, too cold, or you aren't feeding them the right food. My money's on too much water, though.

hey, i dont think im doing anything wrong, i've never sprayed them with water, there at room temp. and there eating kale, carrots, and somtimes commercial cricket food. is this good?

Hmm... do you have enough cardboard egg cartons in there for them to hide? If not, they may be preying on each other. They might also prey on each other if they don't get enough protien in their diet. I supplemented with crushed dog food when I had crickets, and they did well. Thats the only thing I can think of as to why they may be dying.
