I've never heard of anything by that common name. Do you by any chance have the proper latin name?

This is the most commonly exported species from Tanzania. Very neat little buggars indeed.
As with most, size is more important than age when trying to determine sexual maturity. I have seen gravid females that were about half the size of the average adult of the species. Though I wouldn't recommend this, they came into the country already gravid.

Well, this is purely personal preference, but if given a choice I would always choose CB. I also prefer to raise anything I'm looking to aquire from as early an age as possible. I've had horrible experiences with animals others have raised, and can eliminate a lot of guess work by knowing as close to 100% of the animal(s) history first hand.
Again, just my preference......

And, with adults you might not know how old they really are, and unless the seller is honest, you could be getting geriatric lizards. I really prefer young ones too, same reasons Jon mentioned. There's got to be a really good reason for me to start with adults.
