about 2 months ago someone was talking about humidity pads that you soak in water for about a day then you put it in your cage and it keeps the humidity up. well the point is i need to know where to buy them but i can't find the thread, so if someone knows where to buy it or knows where the thread is please let me know. Thanks

Want a humidity pad? Take a towel. Soak it. Wring it out. Put it in the cage. How simple is that? :D

If I recall correctly, these remain moist for 2+ weeks, and are not wet for any part of that period.
That's right. I was the one who talked about them. They are called Humidi-mats & are filled with a gel-like substance that soaks up the water, then releases it slowly over a 10-day to 2-week period. A small one is under $5 (US) and in my opinion they are a terrific buy. My BP's enclsosure is at a constant humidity level now that is very appropriate for her, and her last shed was perfect. If you do a google search on humidi-mat, you will find several suppliers.

Hmmm... didn't know they were so cheap. For that price it might be worth saving my towels for my own showers. :D

u might want to try and add a little bit of hydrogen poroxideto your towels so u dont get any milldew or other bacteria growths.
just a thought and its harmless in the proper amount.
