Need help resizing pictures

I put a message up a while ago wondering how I could resize my photos so I could post them up here. I don't have photoshop and didn't want to buy a new program. A few people said to just use microsoft paint. I tried it but can't figure out how to resize it without cropping the photo. Any ideas? Thanks.

you can't resize in paint without cropping the photo.
Do you have a digicam? If so usually the software for your camera has a photo editor that you can use...

No Digicam. I guess I'll just go to shareware.com and find some free photo editor.

download photo shop on the shareware. then open the said photo, and right click on the top bar of the photo, and select the "image size" , and resize it to your needs

This is a good free image editor. i used it before i got Photoshop.

Thank you rascal! Wow. That was so easy. I'm glad I can finally get some photos up. What do you think of my new Avatar? I'll get some better photos up soon.
