KSBs Won't Eat....

I have a 1.1 pair of Axanthic KSBs that I cannot get to eat. I have had them for about 3 weeks. The male is a 2year old and was fed live mice by his previous owner. I feed all of my snakes f/t rodents. The female is a small baby who I have tried 3 times to eat by putting her in a deli-cup and leaving the pinky in with her for a while. I don't have much experience with KSBs, so could any of you shed some light onto the situation?

Have you tried feeding them live to see if they are not eating because you've switched to FT?
