Here's a female black milk well into the transition from tricolor to jet black.
You'll notice some pattern still on the head and there is still a faint hint of triads, but
By the time she's two, she should look like a mini
Indigo snake.

Very impressive - had not expected to see that much change by 15 months. Any chance of some close up shots of her head? I am just thinking of a previous post by someone wanting to distinguish between mexican black kings and black milks and some mention that head shape might be helpful.
thanks for the photo - very nice snake,

Very nice Roy!
Out of curiosity, what's the approx length and girth on that female?
Sweet looking female Stockwell! I'm with Mary, I'm surprised she's changed so much in 15 months. If I remember right, you said you also had a male that hasn't changed that much. Any chance of seeing him? :D

Holy Cow Roy, see what you have done... I had to go and buy myself a pair of those last night. I'll post pics when they arrive once the weather warms up and shipping is availible.

I have clutch mates to Roys, she's looking super Roy! My female isnt as black as Roys but pretty close, my male only has slight tipping on his scales, looks like a hatchling still, how much do yours weigh Roy?
