Well I only got my first snake ( BP ) a couple of months ago, all is fine he's growing a lot ( I think : 4inches or so ). Only had a bad shed but got the humidity right. He's still a bit shy.
I was looking forward to maybe aquiring a new snake in a few months or more , so i could get documentated , talk to breeders , you know but before hand. So I was thinking maybe an arboreal kind, doesnt matter if it a more display thant handalable snake.
I have room for a enclosure over my bps that is 3.3 feet by 1.6 feet ( sorry I'm not familiar with these measure so if it shoud be in inches ..... you can figure out anytway ). I have enough in height. Can't be a expensive snakes like a gtp, has to be a little cheaper. Do you any snakes fitting this discription. For the moment I saw the Rough Green Snake which looked pretty cool and fun to have. Could be bigger though.

You could look into the Morelia ssp's. Irian Jaya Carpet Pythons stay nice and medium sized, would fit nicely in your size enclosure and make AWESOME "pets" as far a snakes go. They gorgeous, "handleable", don't hide as much as some snakes and are fairly arboreal.

I highly recommend them! :) Check the Morelia Spilota forum for pics and more info. :)

I heard they got a little big for the space i have. Anyways carpets i dunno i just dont really like the look of them... even if they are wonderful pets i'm looking towards display arborical ones. Thx for the suggestion but thats not really what I'm looking for.

If you like GTPs but not their price might consider Amazon Tree Boas - although I don't know their cage size requirements.

As Tigergenisis previously mentioned, C.Hortulanus (Amazons) Are a great show arboreal snake. They come in more colors then you could ever imagine and you can house an adult comfortably in a 2.5' x 2.5' x 18" enclosure.
You could also go with a Cooks tree boa, Some sp of Candoia are also arboreal and dont grow very big at all, Or...You could go with an Emmy (Emerald tree boa- Corralus Caninus.

There are many other sp of snakes that are typically classed as terrestrials but do prefer to spend a good portion of their time in the canopy.

3.3' x 1.6' sounds like a good enclosure size for a spotted python. They are dirt cheap (around $100), VERY easy to take care of, incredibly docile, and the irridescence on them is absolutely out of this world! I can't say enough about these guys, they are just fabulous.
