Here are some pics of my anery type BTS breeding with a irian jaya male and a hybrid male. This female has being breeding for about two weeks but as soon as I put them in different cages (bigger) it kicked up a big notch. For all the people who expressed intrests in these BTS. Don't worry I have not forgot you.

This anery type female also was doing some sort of a court a lure with her tail trying to entice the male. Same female, different male (hybred)

This irian jaya male was breeding this irian jaya female. After a little metallica music in the background it took him 5 mins after I got off work to start breeding. This female is so big that the male needed myself to position him correctly to mate.

The substrate that I am using is 75% pine shavings, and 25% wood chip. I came home from work last night and seen this.

Hypo? Unlikely. Cross? Most likely.
Hey Richard, these yours?
They look like IJ X Tanimbars. The lighter one being (from my guess) more standard Tanimbar coloration that the other.......

beautiful. Are there any tips to keeping healthy BTS? I want one, one day.....Do they need uvb or anything like that, and what are their temp/humidity requirement?

No Craig those BTS's are not mine, and if they were they would be in seperate containers. I will have around 20 new BTS coming in from a importer of mine in around a couple of months. As for taking care of them, the best thing you can do is grab around 20 caresheets and go through them all and make up your own based on all the information given. Thats how I got to breed my two females this year. If they both take which I think they have then I will post a caresheet for us poor people in Canada that have to deal with the cold.
