forum time zone

hi, for some reason the time on the forum is always about 30 some minutes fast for me, is there anyways to fix it or is the site based on a weird half hour time zone???

Yup, no matter what I do the time is not right, even Eastern Time doesn't work.

Maybe it's on newfie time :P
