Very nice - interesting pattern on the albino Cal King. Is the second pic a Nelson's or is that a Dixon's. Seems I recall you had both. Love the albino (Nelson's??). Great set up - thanks for sharing.

I guess i should have put a little info on each pic.
The first one is a Lavender king, second is a female conanti, forth is an albino nelsoni, then its the hondo and the western painted. Thanks for the kind words all.

Ah yes - Conant's not Dixon's - I am still getting these straight! Very nice and clean red on her.

Great to finally see a photo of an adult lavender cal king. I have seen lots of shots of the babies that look quite different from the normal albino cal kings, but few of the adults. Don't suppose you have a regular albino cal king to photograph beside this one to show the difference!? Do you know if it is a different albino gene - if you breed a lavender to an albino do you get all normals, het for both albino genes and how they operate relative to each other (if double homozygous are 'super - albino)?

thanks,

mary v.

It is my only cal king. I think that question is better suited for the cal king peeps out there.
