Again, I did not say that you said it was yours; however, just for your own edification, posting a picture with no accreditation is a direct implication of ownership. You would be well advised to respond a little less rashly to someone who is trying to help.

Note to all: the original post did not include the "not mine" addendum, that was edited in after I posted. The post read "i thought id share this cool pic with you!

I agree with RMBolton that your original (unedited posts) did imply that these are your photos. I doubt that was your intent. It would probably be better to put a link to the website, instead of actually posting the pic and giving the proper credit to the photographer. Even though the web address was left on the pic, it doesn't identify the photographer, just the Stock Agency that represents the photographer (as well as 100's of other photographers). Legally you do need permission to use other people photographs.
