This has got to be one of the coolest things out there. It's wonderful that over 500 volunteers will be manning phones at the "Santa Hotline" to answer the calls from curious kids as to Santa's whereabouts.

I actually asked my wife when I heard the story on the news as to whether or not norad actually sent jets up. Man I felt like Eddy in national lampoons Christmas Vacation!
