Obviously not...Shakira is from South America (or is it central?), and burms are Asian. She'd have to be a boa. :)

Ugh same here... I hate the singer!

I didn't name her after anyone, really. Just saw the name and liked it, so I said "burmy, that is your name" and it was all good :p lol
