I was confused because I thought the stars were blue...it's the empty stars that are blue. The earned stars are Grey/silver same as the background. Good idea but not necessary with the rank system.

Maybe if you gained stars as you had more posts within a certain rank. For example: a coulbrid gets more stars until they get five and then when enough posts are made...they move up to boid with no stars and then the process repeats.

You could say..."I'm a coulbrid level three"..etc.
