Hey guys,

I'm big into rescuing animals so about 4 months ago I rescued a 3 month old American Staffishire Terrier from Deathrow in Ohio. His name is Diesel, he is 7 months old, 55 lbs and growing! He is the SWEETEST most gentle boy I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. There isnt a MEAN boy in his body. Loves to be hugged and cuddled, this boy is a real wigle butt :). Do to my other older dogs not liking him he isnt having a fair life at my house. He needs LOTS of attention, and has lots of energy so taking him to the park daily is a MUST along with other walks. He is housetrained and crate trained, he LOVES to sleep with you on the bed but will sleep in his crate without hassle. A home check will have to be done along with an interview...This is a VERY special dog who needs a loving family who will keep him forever. He is very gentle and yelling/screaming scares him. He is learning quickly and loves to please! His favorite pasttime is tug of war, playing catch with a tennis ball or just lying in you're lap (he thinks he is a 5lb Yorkie).

You MUST be in the Toronto Area or close to.

I wish i could take him, he sounds like quite the pup.....but i just cant cnvince my girlfriend to let me have 3 PITTY's in the 1 bedroom apt. along with all the snakes.....:D

I may know someone though......whats he look like? and is he pure red nose/black nose, etc....

Any pics?
Is he friendly to other dogs?
can he be let off the leash, etc...in the park without worries...?

Sure would like to take him. Unfortunately we have no room for another dog. We already have 2 english Bulldogs and 4 chinese pugs. That's alot of food we buy weekly. Hope you find a suitable owner.

My hat goes off to you for the initial rescue and your efforts to find a proper home. Im sorry it can't be easy to give the little guy up, but your sacrifice to give him a better home is an incredible act. I applaud you, shane.
