My corn snake has always been very docile well treated and never been Jumpy. But over the past two days something seems to be bothering her, she gets spooked and jus kind of freaks out. I cant seem to figure out why she's been like this:(
Anyone have any suggestions? Or anything I can do?

Is she going into shed? They're usually more nervous at that time. Where did you get her from?

What age is she? I'm not sure why she would be jumpy, but I would think either she can see something from her cage that scares her, or the room has too much commotion. Do you have any other pets that might be bothering her? Although I don't really see why this would happen all of a sudden. Mabye it's just a mood swing.

You said she recently shed, how long ago did she shed? my corn hates to be handled within 2 days after she sheds because her "skin" seems sensitive.

Sometimes my corn just gets jumpy, for no reason, it can be weeks after she has shed and weeks until she will shed and she just sometimes dosn't like to be held!

ok, after trying to feed my cornsnake today, I noticed she goes crazy if I try to put her in too small a box. I also know she really hates it if you try to restrain her. Do you think she could be claustrophobic?

Most snakes don't like being restrained. I think it's just a natural thing, not claustrophobia.

I meant claustrophobic because she goes crazy when i try to put her in small (ish) boxes.

My corns are jumpy sometimes and they have their days when they don't want to be held I think it is just natural. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
