Here's a sample of a couple of my works that will be going on my website soon enough.

The first one is herp-related, so I guess it's completely on topic! Model is a great friend of mine from Denmark.

It's titled "Autumn":

Next one's Untitled:

One of my favorites, titled "Everything Dies":

Don't you mean issues. He has some definite issues?

All joking aside It is very interesting artwork - I like some of the things I see there, makes a person think.

I bet you could sell that kind of stuff to the rich and artsy fartsy for good money!

Right on man! I'm impressed. When you first told me that you had photo skills i was doubtful, but you proved me wrong.

I haven't found anything on the other guy tho (Custom bass drum art), i don't know if he quit or changed his name or what but i can't find him. Anyways, keep'em comming and let us know when you put the website up, i'll definately check it out.

Well they say the greatest artists were also complete wack jobs.....soo I suppose telling an artist he needs thearapy is about the highest compliment you can pay someone.

Gotta say I love both #2 and #3

Quite serioulsy i;d look into getting prints made of those. I think you could seel prints quite easily. Heck depending on price you've got an intrested customer right here!

When my new website goes up, I will be selling prints of all of my artwork, from small photo sized up to poster sized. I have to get a better computer first though, because resampling a photo at poster sized resolution is a PIG on resources. :)

My favourite is The Untitled piece as well...I'm hoping Invictus will silk screen it for me onto a black tee...X-Mas is coming *wink wink* :)

Ken- very groovy. People who cant admit or express their dark sides are the ones who ultimately end up in therapy, too, so you go boy!

Wow, talk about a thread that has been resurrected from the dead! (No pun intended, hehehe). Thank you once again for the NEW compliments. :D

This got me inspired to post some of my better artwork. The stuff I posted here, although I am satisfied with, is not my best work.

BTW Zero&Stitch... Intivius is a new one as well, hahaha... I'll put that on the list with "Invicticus", "Inctivus", and "Intivicus", lol

Nothing you ever create will be more than satisfactory. There will always be the the doubt, "Well I could have done better." Hehe thats a sign of a good artist :) .
And no I'm not suckin up for free herps, lol.

Invictus:
Try looking at this site. This artist is wild but I like it alot. A friend showed it to me cause he knows my taste in art is a little ecentric.

Broms Art (www.bromart.com)

Jess - Brom is one of my favorite artists. :)

Here's a few more pieces, some better, some worse than those already posted. Starting with one in the "not so dark category":

Innocent:

Life Is Pain:
http://www.invictusart.com/images/life_is_pain.jpg

Demon Princess:

Decay:

And my personal favorite, one of the only ones I'm truly proud of...

Sweet Agony:

Thanks for looking. :)

Hehe. Who would have thought I come to another herp site to find someone that likes one catagory of art as I do, lol.

Ya Broms stuff is wild an unlike anything anyone has seen. .

Your Art Ken has its own rythem and it sets itself apart from other Artists itself. :) The two I like here is Sweet Agony and Demon Princess. Demon Princess is very interesting from the clock up top telling "time", to the hairless dude in the background.

Awesome job!!

To be honest, I think Rob Zombie was better with White Zombie. I find his current lyrics to be quite mundane. But as an artist and visionary, he's right on par with my way of thinking.

If you haven't seen Jason Beam's work, I highly recommend you check it out: www.jasonbeamstudios.com . He's actually my main inspiration with my art.

super pictures... But i like that you have used a model from Denmark. :)

I will check your page out in the future to come

zero&stich
10-06-04, 02:12 PM
This is true, lol. White Zombie was alot better but for some odd reason I can't locate his old band in the states. Go figure.

Beams art, the colors are amazing and does draw your attension to the pics to get a closer look. So that itself is cool to use high contrast colors to draw people's eyes closer to the picture.

I do see a connection between the two now but setting yourself apart from everyone else is good to. Keep up the awesome work ...and damn it, finish your webpage. Hehehe. :D

Edit: Went to take a closer look at the Beam photos, currently sick, lol.

Reminds me of Francis Bacon. Sort of hellish. Nice collage work. Do you do this kind of work for a living? Would make great illustrations for collected horror stories.
