Does anyone know if you can own a house or a buisness in the US if you have the money and permision from your guardians.... Or is it illegal?

you can't legally enter a contract unless your'e 18 I believe

I think it also has to do with the age of consent in your state

could the house like be in your parents name but you live there by your self and pay for all expinses?

good question, but your parents are legally responsible for everything you do, so I guess it would take a lot out of them and a lot of trust

this is all assuming that they have the credit to get the loan for the house, and they'd also have to sign on for all of your bills

sewer, garbage, electricity, water, nat gas, etc etc etc

it's SORT of like buying a car when you're under 18, whether you pay for it or not, it's legally adn technically your parents, since the loan is in their name, if you don't pay, they get the bad credit history, not you

same exact thing, only in an apartment the landlor usually picks up either heat or electricity, so your parents would have to pick up the other, usually water is piad for and sewer, etc, not so many bills

but your parents would still have to get the lease and it woudln't be in your name, etc

on a side note: isn't it illegal to not live with your legal guardian until the age 18?

your parents can seriously go to jail (in the US) for letting a minor live on his own. It's called NEGLECT.

Your biggest problem is you are only thirteen. It's almost impossible to find a job that will allow you to earn enough money at that age to live alone. If you somehow have a large amount of money already (high unlikely but hey) then a child must get "divorced" emancipated (sp i think thats the word) from his parents. This is literally impossible unless there is a good reason.

So no, you cannot really do anything legally until you are 18.

and also, befor eyou are 16 there are Child Labor Laws that make you unable to work more than 5 hours per day on school nights and 8 hours per day on weekends, these hours also say that you can't work past 7pm on school nights

so you couldn't even work enough to support all of the bills

Is there any paticular reason you want to move out on you're own so soon? lolz you should take advantage of living with you're parents and not having to worry about work and stuff! But hey what do I know?

Yes you have to be 16 to be emancipated in the U.S AND you have to prove to a judge that you can live on your own and support yourself for 1 year. That means no help from anyone, your parents, friends, government (food stamps etc...etc...) If you have a job you have to report all earnings to the judge......it is better and easier to just live with your parents until your 18.
