I would get him to a vet asap! If you can, also take in a fresh stool sample, he might have a parasite. I guess they can carry the parasite for awhile before actually having symtoms of it. Also, Is it possible he over-heated? Just in case, double-check your temps. And what do you mean by he's half dead? Is he just lifeless and sleepy?

well hes on paper towel, i give him baths every month, and veggies everyone once a week, cause hes still young. He gets vitamins every other feeding. Temps are fine, i have a cooling area and a cool area, and hes use to if, ive had him for about 3-4 months, and he had no problems untill now, Theres no reptile vets near here, and half dead i meen like, weak and life less, but eyes are open and breathing

Try giving him a warm soak with a gentle downwards massage of the belly in case there's a too-large insect in there causing an impaction, plus to help hydrate him. Dehydration is a definite possibility since he doesn't get greens daily and doesn't get bathed that often.
What type of vitamins are you giving? Too much vitamin A or D can be toxic. If the vites contain either of them, once a week is the most he should be getting them.

You say your temps are fine.
What are they? and how are you reading them?
Has he poo'd?
Salad should be offered everyday at 5-6mos old.
How big of crickets does he get?

he gets lrge criekts now, do it by the width of the mouth. He hs poo'd yesterdy, but hasnt today, i give him D3 every other feeding, i jsut turned on the lights ill tell you once i come home from school. ill try that out eye spy

arent crickets supossed to be as long or smaller as the space between the eyes (dont know if that is as wide as the mouth, but i dont think so) So, if thats the case, you fed crickets who are to big (im just guessing here, so bare with me :D)

YES!!!!!!!!!
Feeding too large of crickets can cause alot of problems.
The crickets should be no bigger than the width between their eyes which is a lot smaller than their mouths.
Only adults would eat large crickets.
I would find a vet, and get your dragon to it immediately.
Call around, most normal vets will see reptiles as well.

sorry for your loss :(
Sorry for your loss :(! I got my Beardies at 2 different pet stores and both ended up having a parasite and one also had worms. I would suggest, in the future, if you buy another herp, get a fecal done within a week of purchasing it. Regardless if you buy it at a petstore or not. Where I get my fecals it only costs $10 us. Again sorry for your loss.

should i be concerned bout the other dragon that was kept in same habitat.........
Yes, you should be very concerened..it could have been some sort of parasite or just a disease that could be passed on..just my opinion but you should get it to a vet for a check up.

Personnally i agree with everyone else about bathing them, and i think you should start tearing pieces of lettuce up (throw away the hard middle of it) and just start feeding him more veggies more often!
