What do you guys like to use?
I had photoshop at one point, found it very user UNfriendly, and went back to my standby of JASC paintshop pro 7.

Photoshop 7 all the way. Took a course on how to use it, so it's a little more user friendly to me. :)

I love photoshop.
But there is better,
Realviz SFX Studio (SFX STUDIO) for PC
Well at 9000$ us you can be sure not many people are using it, not to mention it's mainly used to create animations and all. But to edit your pics you just can't beat this.

Realviz SFX Studio (SFX STUDIO) for PC isn't really image editing software its a 3d/film app. Unlesst you count sticher(that comes with it) which you can use to put together panaramas. You may as well have tossed Maya or 3ds max out there
