Pet peeves

Does anyone else here find it annoying when people spell simple words incorrectly? Grammar also is a pet peeve of mine. I may not be the best at it either, but I still have somewhat of an understanding.

I hate bad spelling and grammar in anything official - even menus in restaurants, but it doesn't bother me at all on the internet. The fact that people from all ages, backgrounds, education, countries, etc, is what makes it so great to me.

Otherwise I am guilty of being 'spelling police' at work... hmmm. :)

Is it soooo hard to use capitals and periods?

This is a GREAT spell checker for IE. (http://www.iespell.com/)

I highly recommend it for people who can't spell worth a ****.

For the love of god, if you can't spell, please save everyone from insanity and just install it.

The problem is that spell checker doesn't get sentances like jaybox's favourite "dose any won no"

I usually abreviate "U" as for "You" and stuff like that, but i usually do it when it requires a quick response kinda thing...

being a adult now--most of the time-, i like to NOT have to use caps, caps are yelling in computer language, i like to be free,

Bad grammar annoys the heck out of me too, but, we've all been guilty of it now and then. I know that when I'm typing a huge post in a frenzy, I really don't check all my grammatical errors. :D
