Great looking snake. I love Coppereads their beautiful looking snakes. I like the Southern the most of all the species.

Hell come to TEXAS I will get ye a few of the most beautiful copperheads you ever seen!!! That is is a beauty but that are quite a bit nicer looking around here, just watch where ya sit in the woods :)

silver tongue! would that be the trans-pecos copperhead you speak of!?is that the only ssp. that occurs in texas? DEFINETLY my favourite!!oh! i just found out that there are 4 ssp. in texas!! i guess in such a large state... but still, the trans-pecos is the most beautiful, i think!anyhow, are the beauties you speak of t.-p.'s? and rev, what exactly are "crots"? is that short for crotalus??? ciao, everyone!
