this is something i want to know.
if you are driving down the road and you pull up next to a car that is driving at the same speed, and you shoot the driver.
would it be considered a drive-by or a drive-with?

because a drive by shooting is when you drive past someone and shoot them. but if you shoot someone that is driving a car beside your car, then would it be called a drive-with because you were driving with them at the same speed? get it?

i saw it on tv once on comdey central. just thought it might get a little laugh.
That would be 1st degree murder, and road rage.
Well, I don't think it would necessarily be 1st degree, if it was spontaneous. Or road rage, unless the person shot out of fury. In fact, it couldn't possibly be 1st degree murder AND road rage - the two contradict each other.
I'm such a smart cookie :P jk
