hi everyone,
my friend is going to but a water dragon soon and she says she has a ten gal tank to put it in. i told her it was cheaper to just start off with one larger tank then keep upgradin them but she says that a 10 gal tank is enough. i don't know very much aboiut them but i;m sure any lizard no matter how small should be kept in something larger than a 10 gal tank by the time its all grown up. does anyone know an approprite sized cage for a full grown water dragon. thx alot :)

p.s oh ya is going to the reptile expo next sun?

Wow, I just posted this in another thread. :)

If you mean a Chinese water dragon, the males can get to be 3 feet and are quite active. I recommend 6 foot enclosures to customers at the store I work at. However, the babies don't require quite that much space, but a 10 gal is too small in my opinion. Maybe a 20 for a starter, but no less than that.
