just wondering if this book has dosages, etc.. for reptiles?

you can preview it on amazon.com, however, it all the dosages shown in the preview are for dogs, cats, rabbits, swine, etc...

http://www.amazon.com/gp/reader/0813823544/ref=sib_dp_pt/102-9614775-4645721#reader-page

anyone own it?

thanks,

gvg

I've never read that particular one but in general most vet. pharmaceutical info doesn't include much if any dosage info for reptiles. I suppose you could try emailing the publisher to see if that one contains reptile-specific dosages. For the most part I see more vets refer to this website than any books:

Thanks for the link eyespy. I'll have to save it and print it out for future reference.

My favorite bookmark is a dead link now anyhow, it was a bigger chart of Elliot Jacobsen's work and contained antiparasitics, antifungals, gout meds, etc. in a lot more detail.

If that's the one you lost, so did everybody else. ;)

I have the big veterinary book of reptile medicine by Mader and the exotic animal formulary by AAHA. They are both very good in my opinion.
