Both Tim and I love mexican food! Hot is best, but some days I just can't handle the heat:D I could really go for a three cheese, meat and refried bean burrito with sour cream, salsa and hot sauce! You should try kate's chilli. It's probably the spiciest i've tried, specially when she gets into the habanaros and freshly ground chilli pepper. (fresh makes a big difference).

I just love food! I'm not a huge steak and potatoes kinda girl, but I love thai, mexican, japanese, chinese, indian, mediterranean, ukrainian, french, etc etc. I was a super picky kid and now there isn't a whole lot I won't eat... :p I make amazing homemade soups and salads and generally eat pretty healthy....high protein for the most part. I am known to be able to put away the sugar though....lol....not many people can polish off 2 pounds of fudge first thing and feel ok! Super spicy foods rock my world!

1 can crushed tomatos
1 can diced tomatos
2 cans of red kidney beans
3 teaspoons of chili powder
2 pounds of hamburger (browned and seasoned with various spices)
2 habaneros

and i like when we add the following
1 can of corn
1 can of mushrooms
