I came across this group API (http://www.api4animals.org/doc.asp?ID=372)
and figure it has some decent info. What better place to learn about restrictive ownership legislation than the enemy camp lol. As far as the state regulations you have to remember county and city ordinances apply. I figure if they tell their members to support some legal change in my area I get a heads up as well.
